Manufacturing Engineer - All Levels (Off Shifts)

Responsibilities

  • Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware for testing and flight.
  • Identify tools and equipment needed for manufacturing flight hardware.
  • Provide support on the manufacturing floor.
  • Manage and close non-conformance reports (NCR).
  • Craft manufacturing plans and artifacts for new products.
  • Implement continuous improvement projects for safety and efficiency.
  • Drive the transition from development to production, including troubleshooting and maintenance.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in aircraft, spacecraft, automotive manufacturing, or similar (0-3 years for Level I Engineer).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, including GD&T.
  • Proficient in CAD and other software tools.
  • Hands-on experience with flight hardware is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with diverse teams.
