Manufacturing Engineer - All Levels/ All Shifts

Responsibilities

  • Translating engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware ready for testing and flight.
  • Identifying tools and equipment necessary for manufacturing flight hardware.
  • Providing support on the manufacturing floor.
  • Managing and closing non-conformance reports (NCR).
  • Crafting manufacturing plan artifacts for new product introductions.
  • Implementing continuous improvement projects for safety and efficiency.
  • Driving the transition from development to production, including troubleshooting and maintenance.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in aircraft, spacecraft, or similar manufacturing (0-3 years for Level I, 3+ for Level II, 5+ for Level III, 8+ for Senior Level).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and GD&T.
  • Proficient in technical software (CAD, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with building flight hardware (preferred).
  • Experience with design or production of launch vehicles or spacecraft (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
