Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to the Gas Systems team.
- Manage the complete life cycle of the RCS propulsion system.
- Plan schedules and manage risks for hardware components.
- Collaborate with internal and external suppliers for design and testing.
- Interface with NASA and National Team Partners.
- Advise team members on technical approaches.
- Ensure quality and safety in human spaceflight.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Aerospace, Mechanical, Physics, Systems Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in propulsion systems.
- Familiarity with the full engineering lifecycle of propulsion systems.
- Excellent understanding of propulsion system requirements and compressible flow.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with external parties.
- Familiarity with agile or waterfall project management methodologies.
