Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and support to team members.
- Oversee the complete life cycle of the RCS propulsion system.
- Manage schedules, risks, and develop mitigation plans for hardware.
- Collaborate with internal and external suppliers for design and testing.
- Interface with NASA and National Team Partners on lunar development.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in human spaceflight.
- Communicate effectively with external parties, including government entities.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Aerospace, Mechanical, Physics, or Systems Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in propulsion systems.
- Strong understanding of propulsion system requirements and lifecycle.
- Experience in technical leadership and mentoring.
- Proficient in compressible flow and 1D flow analysis.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with agile or waterfall project management methodologies.
