Responsibilities
- Support the industrialization of new flight and payload hardware.
- Drive application and optimization of DFM, DFA, DFT across product lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with design engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations.
- Develop and maintain clear manufacturing documentation.
- Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies.
- Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.
- Relevant Manufacturing Engineering experience (5+ years).
- Experience creating clear manufacturing documentation.
- Ability to work required shifts with flexibility for extended hours.
- Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees and Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Proficiency in tools like NX, CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience in cross-functional initiatives.
