Responsibilities
- Support the industrialization of new aerospace products.
- Contribute to design for manufacturability, assembly, and testing.
- Translate engineering requirements into manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation.
- Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering.
- 1+ years of experience in creating work instructions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and extended hours.
- Preferred experience in high-rate assembly lines in aerospace or automotive.
- Understanding of engineering fundamentals and GD&T.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing practices.
- Experience with AS9100 quality standards.
