Responsibilities
- Support the industrialization of new aerospace products.
- Contribute to design for manufacturability, assembly, and test.
- Translate engineering requirements into manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation.
- Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies.
- Support root cause analysis and develop corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering.
- 1+ years of experience creating work instructions.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and extended hours.
- Preferred experience in high-rate assembly lines for aerospace or automotive.
- Understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing practices.
- Experience with A9100 quality standards.
