Responsibilities
- Own the successful completion of major program outcomes through informal leadership.
- Lead development of recovery and root cause/corrective action analyses.
- Perform trade studies with design teams for fabrication and integration of parts.
- Be the technical point of contact during build execution.
- Monitor and report on product health regarding producibility, schedule, and budget.
- Apply program management principles to develop executable plans and solutions.
- Manage production schedule and budget targets, analyzing performance and variance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems).
- 2+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, manufacturing engineering, and project management.
- Experience in setting technical direction and frameworks for trade-offs.
- Proven technical project management experience.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
