Responsibilities
- Manage manufacturing-related projects.
- Support production scheduling, defect analysis, and resource allocation.
- Implement process improvements through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Enhance operations plans and capacity planning.
- Conduct value stream analysis and facility layouts.
- Drive continuous improvement projects and value stream mapping events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
- BS in Operations Research, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in a production environment.
- 2 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or facilities planning.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data mining and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in factory flow and process modeling.
- Desired certifications include PMP and Six Sigma Black Belt.
