Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of spacecraft electrical power subsystem components.
- Develop and maintain component requirements and documentation.
- Conduct electrical module analyses, including Worst Case Circuit Analysis and Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with vehicle electrical power systems.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Contribute to technical artifacts for subsystem and program gated reviews.
- Continuously update knowledge on industry trends in space vehicle power systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in electrical engineering, two specifically in space power systems.
- Proven experience with batteries, solar arrays, power distribution, or power conversion.
- Strong background in electrical analysis techniques.
- Experience working in cross-disciplinary engineering teams.
- A track record of ownership and resilience in challenges.
- Desired experience in system-level and circuit-level modeling and simulation.
