Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and development of spacecraft electrical power subsystem components.
  • Develop and maintain component requirements and documentation.
  • Conduct electrical module analyses, including Worst Case Circuit Analysis and Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with vehicle electrical power systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary engineering teams.
  • Contribute to technical artifacts for subsystem and program gated reviews.
  • Continuously update knowledge on industry trends in space vehicle power systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in electrical engineering, two specifically in space power systems.
  • Proven experience with batteries, solar arrays, power distribution, or power conversion.
  • Strong background in electrical analysis techniques.
  • Experience working in cross-disciplinary engineering teams.
  • A track record of ownership and resilience in challenges.
  • Desired experience in system-level and circuit-level modeling and simulation.
