Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SDAT team for the New Glenn Launch System Architecture.
- Oversee system architecture development and configuration engineering.
- Coordinate across all elements of the New Glenn program to present proposals to executive leadership.
- Support all program phases including concept, design, build, test, launch, and recovery.
- Manage configuration development for the integrated launch vehicle and system.
- Conduct system architecture trade studies to optimize performance and cost.
- Communicate technical information clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in engineering or related technical field.
- 15+ years of experience in development and integration of aerospace systems.
- Proven management experience leading an engineering team.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with executive stakeholders.
- Experience in aerospace vehicle/system configuration trade studies.
- Ability to influence decisions and align teams without direct authority.
- Familiarity with configuration management and system integration practices.
