Responsibilities
- Lead the Lunar Core Avionics organization, focusing on team development and performance.
- Manage avionics hardware development across multiple product groups.
- Oversee program portfolio management, including budget and resource allocation.
- Drive hardware development from concept to production, ensuring quality and safety.
- Implement streamlined hardware development processes.
- Define technical requirements and control performance specifications for avionics systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product delivery.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing technical teams in hardware development.
- Deep technical knowledge of spacecraft avionics hardware systems.
- Strong program management skills, including budget and schedule management.
- Ability to make risk-informed decisions in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-organizational influence.
- B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with human spaceflight avionics systems and safety analysis is preferred.
