Responsibilities

  • Conduct trade studies and estimates for customer technical projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering, mission management, and launch operations for payload integration.
  • Serve as a contact point between the engineering team and mission integration.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with mission unique requirements from payload customers.
  • Develop mission Interface Control Documents and validate payload system requirements.
  • Manage multiple complex projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Lead spacecraft integration and launch contracts, ensuring commitments are met on time and budget.

Job Requirements

  • B.S. in aerospace, mechanical, or systems engineering with 8+ years of product development experience.
  • 5+ years managing complex aerospace projects.
  • 10+ years industry experience in launch system or satellite operations.
  • Active Top Secret clearance & SCI Eligibility, or ability to obtain.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in development of launch vehicles preferred.
  • Experience working with government customers preferred.
