Responsibilities
- Support the development of system engineering processes for the New Glenn program.
- Ensure consistent implementations of engineering practices across subsystems.
- Conduct requirements definition, validation, and verification at all program levels.
- Participate in gated reviews and develop health metrics for program tracking.
- Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to arrive at technical solutions.
- Utilize tools like DOORS Next Gen for requirements analysis and traceability.
- Support safety analysis and technical performance monitoring.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial engineering, or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in system engineering.
- Experience in analysis, design, or integrated testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of launch vehicle design and requirements (preferred).
- Familiarity with systems engineering tools and practices.
- Experience with verification planning and project implementation (preferred).
