Responsibilities
- Design and engineer systems infrastructure including hardware and software.
- Decompose internal customer requirements into test system requirements specifications.
- Develop and manage interfaces through requirements and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
- Lead and present at major gated reviews on system technical readiness.
- Own verification and validation planning through test plan creation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes and procedures.
- Work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs.
Job Requirements
- Active Top Secret or Secret clearance required.
- B.S. degree in engineering or a related technical field, earned within the last year.
- Experience in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
- Ability to break down complex problems into traceable tasks.
- Relevant internship/co-op or hands-on experience in engineering.
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain positive relationships.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset for rapid development environments.
