Responsibilities
- Conduct first-of-a-kind experiments for product development and support prototype builds.
- Implement Design of Experiments (DOEs) and support data collection and analysis.
- Develop and execute test plans to qualify new processes and present data to technical teams.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and troubleshoot yield/process excursions.
- Create work instructions and process documentation for manufacturing transfers.
- Train technicians on new processes to support higher manufacturing volumes.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical or Materials Science Engineering or related discipline.
- Must be graduating between spring 2026 and summer 2027.
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior lab experience with experimentation, data analysis, and troubleshooting is desirable.
