Responsibilities
- Design and fabricate manufacturing tooling and fixtures.
- Own sustainability metrics.
- Implement manufacturing process improvements.
- Propose ideas to reduce manufacturing costs and improve quality.
- Test and present findings for assigned projects.
- Create documentation and process flow diagrams.
- Support multiple concurrent tasks in a dynamic environment.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Basic understanding of control theory and system dynamics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with 3D design using SolidWorks preferred.
- Proficient in using spreadsheets and systems for task completion.
- Must graduate by June 2026.
