Responsibilities
- Assist in the research, design, development, and testing of electrical systems.
- Investigate future technologies related to microgrids and battery storage.
- Design subsystems for new product lines and suggest improvements to existing products.
- Provide technical support for existing products to analyze design and process issues.
- Carry out test programs to evaluate performance of products.
- Prepare project reports and present findings at the end of the internship.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, graduating by Summer 2026.
- Understanding of electrical power systems, power electronics, and control systems.
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and battery storage is a plus.
- Experience with modeling power electronics in Matlab or PSCAD is a plus.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in a laboratory environment is a plus but not essential.
