Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategy for drug-device combination product development.
- Influence device roadmaps and delivery strategies, particularly for subcutaneous delivery.
- Lead technical execution of design control processes and prototyping activities.
- Solve complex technical challenges in drug-device integration and delivery.
- Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and external partnerships.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive experience in drug-device combination product development.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills across matrixed organizations.
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and device design controls.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects.
- Experience with model-informed development practices.
