Responsibilities
- Drive validation efforts for electrical, mechanical, and reliability aspects of hardware.
- Design and build tests, including mechanical fixtures and PCBAs.
- Lead root cause and failure analysis on hardware issues.
- Work with large amounts of test data and automate data analysis.
- Create high-signal reports to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability.
- Maintain rigorous documentation standards for test results.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in test engineering of electromechanical products.
- Proficient with Data Acquisition (DAQ) systems.
- Proven track record in designing and executing performance tests.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or LabVIEW.
- Detail-oriented with high standards for documentation.
- Experience working in dynamic startup environments.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and evolving responsibilities.
