Responsibilities
- Lead RFx processes for capital equipment, including technical and commercial requirements.
- Source automated manufacturing equipment and partner with engineering on specifications.
- Manage sourcing for materials handling and warehouse infrastructure.
- Oversee procurement of fleet vehicles for operations and service teams.
- Source power and electrical CAPEX equipment for facility infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain spares strategy to ensure equipment uptime.
- Negotiate contracts with equipment suppliers and manage commercial relationships.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing capital equipment or manufacturing automation.
- Strong skills in Excel and project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible mindset with a willingness to travel (average 25%).
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
