Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end RFx processes including scoping requirements and supplier selection.
- Build and maintain should-cost models for benchmarking supplier pricing.
- Negotiate pricing, tooling, payment terms, and ensure contracts are in place.
- Manage commercial relationships with key suppliers and track performance.
- Develop commodity strategies to optimize costs and supply continuity.
- Drive supplier readiness and manage production ramp and manufacturing.
- Present recommendations on contracts and supply continuity to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Background in sourcing board-level electronics and understanding component cost drivers.
- 3+ years of sourcing experience in a similar role.
- Strong skills in Excel and project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible mindset and willingness to travel (average 25%).
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong record of applying first principles thinking in negotiations.
