Responsibilities
- Ensure manufacturability of electronic products.
- Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts.
- Oversee product manufacture to align engineering documentation with manufacturing methods.
- Manage aspects of new product introduction.
- Develop test methods/procedures for product validation.
- Verify performance validation tests for production.
- Determine root causes of manufacturing problems and monitor process variables.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Electronic Manufacturing Engineering.
- Knowledge of RF/Microwave circuitry is a plus.
- Familiarity with Pick-and-Place processes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
