Responsibilities
- Ensure manufacturability of electronic products.
- Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts.
- Provide oversight of product manufacture to align with engineering documentation.
- Manage aspects of new product introduction within company policies.
- Work with Design Engineering to develop test methods for product validation.
- Determine root causes of manufacturing problems and monitor process variables.
- Assist with training for Assembly and Test personnel.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Electronic Manufacturing Engineering.
- Knowledge of RF/Microwave circuitry is a plus.
- Familiarity with Pick-and-Place processes is a plus.
