Responsibilities
- Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts.
- Provide oversight of product manufacturing to ensure consistency with engineering documentation.
- Manage aspects of new product introduction within company policies.
- Collaborate with Design Engineering to develop test methods/procedures.
- Verify performance validation tests for production introduction.
- Determine root causes of manufacturing problems.
- Assist with training of Assembly and Test personnel.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Electronic Manufacturing Engineering.
- Knowledge of RF/Microwave circuitry is preferred.
- Familiarity with Pick-and-Place processes is a plus.
