The 2026 Engineering Intern at Aurora Flight Sciences will assist in designing, building, and flying advanced aircraft and technologies. The role involves collaboration in various engineering disciplines including Software, Mechanical, Systems, Robotics, Flight Physics, Autonomy, Electrical, and Structures Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to projects in various engineering disciplines.
- Attend offsite events and social outings for networking.
- Present work experience and lessons learned at the end of the internship.
- Gain mentorship and guidance from experienced team members.
- Participate in team building events at headquarters.
- Integrate into the company culture of collaboration and learning.
Job Requirements
- Must be a US Person.
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s program focused on Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Background knowledge in Aerospace/General Aviation, Flight Physics, or related areas.
- Preferred enrollment in a Master’s or PhD program.
- Participation in extracurricular activities is preferred.
- Ability to travel to Aurora locations.
