Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design of complete RF power systems from architecture to schematic to layout
- Ensure accurate RF power diagnostics and metrology
- Collaborate with engineers and scientists to gather system requirements
- Help define firmware requirements
- Source components and lead the manufacturing effort
- Build and test RF systems
- Document cable harness design and fabrication
Job Requirements
- Experience building RF systems
- Knowledge of RF resonant power amplifier design in the hundreds of Watts range
- Experience in RF power measurement sensor design
- Hands-on prototyping and testing skills
- Ability to design and document cable harnesses
- Advanced degree in power electronics or related field (nice-to-have)
- Experience with plasma systems and systems engineering (nice-to-have)
