Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing multi-site manufacturing engineering organization.
- Define and execute the manufacturing engineering roadmap including automation and digitalization.
- Develop scalable manufacturing systems to support global expansion and technology transfer.
- Partner with design and R&D teams for manufacturing readiness and successful prototyping.
- Lead factory bring-up efforts and manage NPI transitions into high-volume production.
- Implement and manage enterprise MES systems with integration to ERP and PLM.
- Promote a safety-first culture and implement sustainable manufacturing practices.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years in manufacturing engineering with 7+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience in scaling production from prototype to high-volume manufacturing.
- Background in battery, solar, semiconductor, or advanced automation industries.
- Strong experience in automation, robotics, and equipment development.
- Expertise in EVT/DVT/PVT and IQ/OQ/PQ processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
