Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing multi-site manufacturing engineering organization.
  • Define and execute the manufacturing engineering roadmap including automation and digitalization.
  • Develop scalable manufacturing systems to support global expansion and technology transfer.
  • Partner with design and R&D teams for manufacturing readiness and successful prototyping.
  • Lead factory bring-up efforts and manage NPI transitions into high-volume production.
  • Implement and manage enterprise MES systems with integration to ERP and PLM.
  • Promote a safety-first culture and implement sustainable manufacturing practices.

Job Requirements

  • 15+ years in manufacturing engineering with 7+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in scaling production from prototype to high-volume manufacturing.
  • Background in battery, solar, semiconductor, or advanced automation industries.
  • Strong experience in automation, robotics, and equipment development.
  • Expertise in EVT/DVT/PVT and IQ/OQ/PQ processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
