Responsibilities
- Own power subsystems end-to-end from requirements definition to in-flight operations.
- Design DC/DC converters, PDUs, BMS, and solar array interfaces.
- Model and simulate power system performance under various conditions.
- Conduct PCB-level design and layout for power electronics.
- Drive troubleshooting of power-related issues in spacecraft and ground systems.
- Develop test plans and automate validation for high-voltage systems.
- Collaborate with various engineering teams to ensure power architecture meets mission goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in designing and testing power electronics.
- Familiarity with power systems modeling tools.
- Proficiency with test equipment like oscilloscopes and power analyzers.
- Experience with electrical CAD tools (Altium, KiCad, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work extended hours for critical milestones.
