Responsibilities
- Work in a team environment with engineers and project managers.
- Document and present findings throughout the internship.
- Identify and document goals and targets (KPIs).
- Evaluate processes and update documentation for continuous improvement.
- Create data visualizations to identify automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineers to identify Best Known Methods (BKMs).
- Participate in projects to improve performance in the fabrication area (FAB).
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 60 credit hours towards a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
- Preferred majors include Physics, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong customer focus and commitment to quality and efficiency.
- Ability to learn new information and apply it effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
