Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale data center programs from concept to production.
- Define program plans, achievements, metrics, resource models, and execution strategies.
- Identify execution risks and dependencies, designing execution plans with engineering and operations teams.
- Ensure accountability for timeline execution, quality control, and project scope.
- Serve as a technical leader across hardware, software, and systems engineering teams.
- Provide executive-level status reporting to senior leadership on program progress and risks.
- Drive improvements in program processes and mentor program managers and project leaders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, or technical project management.
- 10+ years of technical program/project management experience.
- Proven success in delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs in data center or hardware architecture.
- Experience in hyperscale cloud, semiconductor IP, or infrastructure OEM environments.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and system-level product life cycles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Prior experience mentoring program management teams.
