Responsibilities
- Support and maintain downstream product quality firmware for Arm Neoverse CSS platforms.
- Act as the primary interface for customers regarding support and maintenance.
- Manage defect management, feature back porting, and defect fixing.
- Coordinate downstream release updates with the release team post-launch.
- Contribute to the design and development of solutions for Arm Neoverse CPU and System IP platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and line management for a distributed support and maintenance team.
- Build and lead a successful Support and Maintenance team transforming the computing infrastructure landscape.
Job Requirements
- Expert in C programming for embedded systems with debugging skills.
- Experience in developing and maintaining product quality firmware, including bootloaders and device drivers.
- Good understanding of industry specifications such as UEFI and ACPI.
- Engineering management experience leading a diverse team across multiple locations.
- Familiarity with technologies such as RAS, hypervisors, CXL, power management, and security.
- Experience in providing support for production quality firmware in the server segment is a plus.
- Understanding of open-source project development cycles and contribution processes.
