Responsibilities
- Support and maintain product quality firmware for Arm Neoverse CSS based platforms.
- Manage defect management, feature back porting, and defect fixing.
- Coordinate downstream release updates with the release team.
- Contribute to the design and development of firmware solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and manage a distributed support team.
- Interface with customers for support and maintenance requirements.
- Work closely with the firmware development team on solutions for infrastructure platforms.
Job Requirements
- Expertise in C programming for embedded systems.
- Experience in developing and maintaining product quality firmware.
- Knowledge of bootloaders and device drivers.
- Familiarity with industry specifications like UEFI and ACPI.
- Engineering management experience with a diverse team.
- Familiarity with technologies such as RAS, hypervisors, and power management.
- Experience in customer support and resolving reported issues.
