Responsibilities
- Support and maintain downstream product quality firmware for Arm Neoverse CSS platforms.
- Collaborate with a distributed firmware development team.
- Manage defects and fix issues in firmware.
- Coordinate with the release team for downstream updates post-launch.
- Contribute to the successful deployment of Arm Neoverse CPU and System IP platforms.
- Develop and maintain product quality firmware, including bootloaders and device drivers.
- Provide customer support for reported issues.
Job Requirements
- Expert in C programming for embedded systems with strong debugging skills.
- Experience in firmware development and maintenance, particularly for server platforms.
- Knowledge of bootloaders and device drivers.
- Familiarity with open-source projects like Linux Kernel and UEFI EDK II is a plus.
- Experience in triaging and resolving customer-reported issues.
- Familiarity with technologies such as RAS and hypervisors is advantageous.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in a distributed team.
