Responsibilities
- Support and maintain downstream product quality firmware for Arm Neoverse CSS platforms.
- Contribute to the deployment of Arm Neoverse CPU and System IP based Infrastructure platforms.
- Manage defects, feature back porting, and defect fixing.
- Coordinate with the release team for downstream release updates post-launch.
- Collaborate with firmware development team across multiple locations.
- Provide customer support in triaging and resolving reported issues.
- Engage in the development and maintenance of product quality firmware.
Job Requirements
- Expertise in C programming for embedded systems with strong debugging skills.
- Experience in firmware development and maintenance, particularly bootloaders and device drivers.
- Server firmware development experience.
- Familiarity with open-source projects like Linux Kernel, TF-A, UEFI EDK II, and OpenBMC.
- Knowledge of RAS, hypervisors, CXL, power management, and security.
- Experience in providing support and maintenance of production quality firmware.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with distributed teams.
