Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of Silicon FAEs across various regions.
- Ensure quality execution for silicon customer support and evaluation processes.
- Develop staffing models and operational frameworks for support teams.
- Track critical metrics related to customer engagement and support outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Program Managers, and Engineering teams on strategy and risk management.
- Manage the transition of critical issues to higher support levels with quality evidence.
- Drive technical enablement programs for Silicon FAEs and represent field insights in product roadmaps.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years in semiconductor/customer engineering/FAE roles, with 5+ years in leadership.
- Proven experience managing globally distributed engineering teams.
- Strong background in server silicon/platform deployment and support models.
- Experience with server and network infrastructure players.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with sales and engineering teams.
- Strong operational skills in lifecycle management and incident governance.
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science; MS preferred.
