Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a distributed team of 10–12 Silicon FAEs across multiple regions.
  • Own global execution quality for silicon customer support and evaluation processes.
  • Operationalize evaluation and deployment processes for silicon products.
  • Establish staffing models and frameworks for regional coverage and critical issues.
  • Define and track key performance metrics related to customer support.
  • Collaborate with sales, program managers, and engineering on account strategies.
  • Represent field insights in product roadmap and support content priorities.

Job Requirements

  • 12+ years in semiconductor/customer engineering/FAE roles, with 5+ years in a leadership position.
  • Experience leading globally distributed customer-facing engineering teams.
  • Strong background in server silicon/platform deployment and support.
  • Direct experience with server and network infrastructure players.
  • Proven ability to operate cross-functionally with various teams at executive levels.
  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science (MS preferred).
  • Experience managing multilingual, multi-cultural teams across different regions.
