Responsibilities
- Collect information on the shop floor.
- Process data analytics related to manufacturing.
- Conduct research in a technical library.
- Evaluate current manufacturing scenarios.
- State target scenarios for improvement.
- Create a list of actions to solve or mitigate issues.
- Collaborate with the Senior Process Engineer throughout the project.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electro Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong academic achievement (GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred).
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership in work settings or extracurricular activities.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments.
- Strong problem-solving and data analytics skills.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
