Responsibilities
- Work directly with engineering and operations to support day-to-day execution.
- Document processes, create work instructions, and improve workflows.
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and quality issues.
- Assist with inventory tracking, tooling organization, and material flow.
- Own small projects from problem definition to implementation.
- Contribute to fast-paced, hands-on environments.
- Collaborate across engineering, operations, and leadership.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, NX).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in dynamic environments.
- Organized thinker capable of creating clear documentation.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Python, SQL) is a plus.
