Responsibilities

  • Work directly with engineering and operations to support day-to-day execution.
  • Document processes, create work instructions, and improve workflows.
  • Collect and analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and quality issues.
  • Assist with inventory tracking, tooling organization, and material flow.
  • Own small projects from problem definition to implementation.
  • Contribute to fast-paced, hands-on environments.
  • Collaborate across engineering, operations, and leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, NX).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in dynamic environments.
  • Organized thinker capable of creating clear documentation.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Python, SQL) is a plus.
