Responsibilities
- Design electrical schematics for automotive applications, including SoCs/MCUs and power components.
- Create boards using high & low speed digital interfaces and automotive interfaces.
- Develop detailed component block diagrams and engage with PCB/PCBA vendors.
- Execute test plans to validate design performance and document results.
- Stay updated on new technologies to maintain industry best practices.
- Collaborate with team members and assist others as needed.
- Communicate effectively through technical writing for documentation purposes.
Job Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- At least 5 years of hands-on hardware design experience.
- Proficiency in schematic capture and layout.
- Experience with lab tools such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
- In-depth understanding of PCB manufacturing and testing.
- Collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Nice to have: experience in automotive hardware systems and high-volume production.
