Responsibilities
- Apply products and technologies to automate client processes and solve challenges.
- Develop concepts, perform feasibility studies, and create proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals with 2D & 3D designs for machine frames, safety guarding, and automation solutions.
- Develop, review, and maintain drawings, BOMs, project specifications, and engineering change documentation.
- Participate in production floor activities, including prototype building and product testing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and documentation of internal processes.
- Communicate project status and expectations to management, sales, and clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Prefer 3-5 years of relevant experience in engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
- Knowledge of fabrication processes and design for manufacturability.
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers.
