Responsibilities
- Drive SoC/AP product, process, and package qualification and reliability tests.
- Conduct failure analysis during product or package qualification.
- Apply JEDEC quality-related standards and ISO.
- Understand reliability fail modes of silicon and packaging technologies.
- Experience with reliability hardware and stress pattern setups for testing.
- Implement ongoing quality improvement processes with suppliers.
- Set up and conduct various reliability tests including HTOL, ESD, and Latch-Up testing.
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience with SoC reliability engineering.
- Hands-on experience in product and package reliability testing.
- Familiarity with qualification preparation processes.
- Experience in device reliability failure analysis.
- Ability to drive foundries for product reliability issues.
- Knowledge of environmental, ESD, and lifetime estimation testing.
- Strong understanding of reliability fail mechanisms.
