Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary representative for AppleCare, collaborating with various organizations.
- Synchronize new product launch efforts with business teams.

Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in a related field with 7 years of experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
- Project/program management experience in New Products Introduction, Supply Chain Management, or Product Operations.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent product or project management qualifications.
- Proven experience leading supply chain business projects.
- Strong communication skills and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
