Responsibilities
- Design and scale data-driven resource-management processes.
- Engage with cross-functional partners to define objectives and manage tradeoffs.
- Build and interpret complex datasets for strategic decision-making.
- Develop leadership-ready communications for data-driven decisions.
- Support vendor needs throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of program management experience.
- Strong background in analytics and data-driven problem-solving.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise programs.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity in dynamic environments.
- Preferred: Master’s degree and 8+ years of program management experience.
