Responsibilities
- Understand components/modules within wireless communication systems and apply calibration techniques.
- Develop methods/algorithms to reduce hardware-induced impairments.
- Design PHY firmware architecture, including calibrations and real-time processing.
- Optimize designs for performance while meeting real-time latency requirements.
- Debug real-time systems and work with development boards and lab equipment.
- Collaborate with various engineering teams to implement algorithms and protocols.
- Support pre-silicon validation and post-silicon bring-up efforts.
Job Requirements
- BS with 3+ years of industry experience.
- Strong embedded software fundamentals and knowledge of real-time constraints.
- Knowledge of wireless systems and protocols (e.g., Wi-Fi, LTE/NR).
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming and Python scripting.
- Familiarity with micro-controller architecture and low-level hardware interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Highly organized and motivated to drive results.
