Responsibilities
- Investigate and innovate mechanical designs to improve display performance.
- Define module mechanical architecture based on cross-functional requirements.
- Optimize mechanical design, prototyping, and manufacturing processes.
- Implement validation plans for mechanical characteristics of display modules.
- Act as a focal point among cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Conduct audits to ensure high yield and quality in manufacturing.
- Communicate validation results and support the product throughout development and launch.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals and design validation.
- Proficiency in 3D/2D software (Pro/E, NX, CATIA, or Solidworks).
- Experience with manufacturing techniques and failure analysis.
- Preferred: MS or Ph.D. and experience with simulation tools (FEA, CFD).
- Familiarity with Six Sigma methodology and statistical analysis.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for learning.
