Responsibilities
- Drive the development of CPU IP across several programs.
- Develop and negotiate project schedules and deliverables.
- Conduct regular project meetings to focus the team on upcoming landmarks and resolve technical issues.
- Identify risks and dependencies, generating mitigation plans as necessary.
- Communicate program status and blocking issues to multi-functional teams and management.
- Collaborate closely with technical leads and act as the main contact with other teams.
- Manage the full program lifecycle from specification through execution and post-silicon activities.
Job Requirements
- BS degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven silicon development experience in various areas (Design, Verification, Implementation, Physical Design, DFT, or silicon validation).
- Established technical leadership and project management experience.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
- Excellent time and task leadership skills with attention to detail.
- Technical depth in one or more areas of CPU development.
- Ability to work across multiple sites and collaborate with various teams.
