Responsibilities
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for safety, quality, and productivity.
- Collaborate with departments to improve waste reduction and productivity.
- Assist in developing technical and operational capabilities.
- Prioritize preventive maintenance functions for equipment reliability.
- Work with the Technical Team to develop and implement new technology.
- Maintain partnerships with suppliers to stay updated on industry best practices.
- Manage manufacturing engineering projects to meet plans, budgets, and schedules.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related).
- Skills in project planning and excellent communication.
- Technical understanding of hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in automated systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lead projects in a fast-paced environment.
- People-oriented with strong credibility with staff and OEMs.
