Responsibilities
- Work with Corporate Technology Team to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for safety, quality, and productivity.
- Collaborate with departments to improve waste reduction and productivity initiatives.
- Assist in developing technical and operational capabilities.
- Support preventive maintenance initiatives for equipment reliability.
- Collaborate with the Technical Team to develop and implement technology.
- Develop partnerships with suppliers to stay updated on industry practices.
- Act as project manager for manufacturing engineering activities.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related).
- Skills in project planning and excellent communication abilities.
- Technical understanding of hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma concepts.
- Experience in a manufacturing/plant environment preferred.
- Hands-on engineer with knowledge of automated systems.
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
