Responsibilities
- Design and prototype mechanical components using SolidWorks.
- Support assembly, testing, debugging, and validation of robotic systems.
- Optimize designs for performance, durability, manufacturability, and cost.
- Work with suppliers on lead times, pricing, and availability.
- Manage inventory for robotic parts and assemblies.
- Coordinate international shipping and customs for hardware.
- Report and present directly to executives.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese for supplier communication.
- Hands-on experience with SolidWorks.
- Preferred: ~1 year of hands-on experience in industry or internships.
- Exposure to motor systems and/or vacuum systems.
- Genuine interest in engineering and supply chain operations.
- Comfort with manufacturing processes and lab builds.
