Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor project budgets and track progress to improve the bottom line.
- Provide regular updates to teams and leadership on project status, risks, and solutions.
- Ensure appropriate allocation of materials, labor, and equipment to meet production goals.
- Act as the point of contact for changes to existing products and new products in the pipeline.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact project timelines.
- Coordinate between commercial, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams to align production efforts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations program management, production, or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
- Experience launching new products with condensed timelines.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
