Responsibilities
- Support the full product lifecycle of mechanical systems.
- Navigate dynamic solutions trade space with evolving requirements and constraints.
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary integrated product team.
- Assess mechanical solutions for value, cost, reliability, and iterability.
- Interact with end-users to understand their needs and incorporate feedback.
- Travel to co-locate with end users and support integration and test activities.
- Design, develop, and evolve mechanical solutions for undersea systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 4-8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Ability to work on complex robotic systems across various phases.
- Capacity for stakeholder engagement and requirements definition.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- Eligible for a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
- Preferred experience with robotic systems and related software tools.
