Responsibilities
- Own hardware from concept generation to real-world use.
- Collaborate within a product team to design novel hardware.
- Engage with customers to understand battlefield challenges.
- Utilize engineering principles and testing to ensure designs meet battlefield conditions.
- Build prototypes and first articles hands-on.
- Travel to exercises to support and collect feedback on products.

Job Requirements
- Proven ability to design, prototype, and ship hardware.
- Experience with design ownership in a team setting.
- High competence in engineering first principles.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional mechanical experience.
- Proficiency in CAD and ability to create high-quality engineering drawings.
- Demonstrated hands-on fabrication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field.
