Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and maintenance of detailed Bills of Materials for hardware products.
- Develop detailed dimensional drawings for mechanical, electrical, and optical components.
- Conduct tolerance build-up analysis and create GD&T drawings.
- Serve as the on-site expert on Teamcenter for best practices.
- Oversee ongoing maintenance and design changes on existing hardware products.
- Drive the establishment of the Product Lifecycle framework and workflows.
- Maintain and enhance a Product Lifecycle Management system.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CAD drafting of complex mechanical systems.
- Experience with Siemens NX or other CAD tools.
- Knowledge of standard mechanical and electrical manufacturing processes.
- 3+ years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management systems.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
- Preference for Teamcenter experience and familiarity with optical components.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
