Responsibilities
- Own system-level integration across core subsystems, ensuring alignment and functionality.
- Develop and refine manufacturing integration flows for efficient assembly.
- Collaborate with engineering teams for Design-for-Integration (DFI) and Design-for-Manufacturability (DFM) feedback.
- Implement automation solutions to streamline assembly processes.
- Lead readiness reviews and resolve integration issues before production.
- Create clear build documentation for manufacturing processes.
- Maintain configuration control for multi-level BOMs and collaborate with suppliers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience integrating complex electromechanical systems.
- Proven expertise in multi-subsystem integration.
- Strong communication skills across various teams.
- Experience optimizing assembly processes for complex systems.
- Hands-on problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with BOM structures and configuration management processes.
