Responsibilities
- Leverage expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI) for transitioning electromechanical products to production.
- Scale manufacturing processes for consistent quality in mass-produced hardware.
- Collaborate with technicians and engineers to build prototype hardware.
- Contribute to mechanical or electrical design for end-customer hardware.
- Own the manufacturing value chain for specific products.
- Develop tooling solutions for fabrication and assembly.
- Write documentation for manufacturing processes and quality plans.
Job Requirements
- Degree in a technical field preferred (engineering, math, or hard science).
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.
- Ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in resource-constrained environments.
- Demonstrated team leadership skills with examples.
- Experience in physically manufacturing hardware through various means.
- Genuine interest in manufacturing and a thirst for learning.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for U.S. export controlled information.
