Responsibilities
- Transition electromechanical products from prototype to high-volume production.
- Scale manufacturing processes to ensure consistent quality in mass production.
- Collaborate with technicians and engineers to build prototype hardware.
- Contribute to hardware mechanical or electrical design for compatibility and performance.
- Own a portion of the manufacturing value chain for specific products.
- Develop tooling solutions for fabrication and assembly of structural parts.
- Write documentation for manufacturing processes, including work instructions and quality plans.
Job Requirements
- Degree in a technical field (engineering, math, or hard science preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.
- Demonstrated ability to solve technical challenges creatively in resource-constrained environments.
- Team leadership skills with examples of past experiences.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing hardware (machining, fabrication, soldering, etc.).
- Genuine interest in manufacturing and eagerness to learn.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for U.S. export controlled information.
