Responsibilities
- Own a portion or all of the manufacturing value chain for specific products.
- Develop novel tooling solutions for fabrication and assembly.
- Create process flows for complex assemblies.
- Write necessary documentation for manufacturing hardware at scale.
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers to establish repeatable processes.
- Work hands-on with technicians and engineers to build prototype hardware.
- Travel to suppliers for sourcing and quality procedure implementation.
Job Requirements
- Degree in a technical field (engineering, math, or hard science preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or electromechanical hardware design.
- Ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in resource-constrained environments.
- Demonstrated team leadership skills with examples.
- Personal experience in manufacturing hardware (machining, fabrication, etc.).
- Genuine interest in manufacturing and a desire to learn.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information.
