Responsibilities
- Own a portion or all of the manufacturing value chain for specific products.
- Develop tooling solutions for fabrication and assembly of structural parts.
- Create process flows for complex assemblies.
- Write documentation for manufacturing hardware at scale.
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers to establish repeatable processes.
- Build prototype hardware hands-on with technicians and engineers.
- Travel to suppliers for sourcing and quality procedure implementation.
Job Requirements
- Degree in engineering, math, or a hard science preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.
- Ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in resource-constrained environments.
- Demonstrated team leadership skills with examples.
- Experience in physically manufacturing hardware through various means.
- Genuine interest in manufacturing and eagerness to learn.
- Must be a U.S. Person for access to export-controlled information.
