Responsibilities
- Oversee the Test, Evaluation and Operations organization for Anduril under the Hardware Platform organization.
- Provide leadership and mentorship for the organization.
- Organize and mentor career paths for Anduril employees.
- Lead a team of Engineers, Test Site Management staff, UAS Operators, and Technicians.
- Ensure safety protocols are in place for test operations.
- Implement Operational Risk Management practices.
- Manage and operate Anduril test sites across various locations.
Job Requirements
- Direct accountability for leading an organization of at least 25 people.
- Experience managing flight organizations and associated sites.
- Technical undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with verification and validation in product development.
- Ability to drive efficient test programs and operations.
- Eligible for U.S. security clearance as a U.S. Citizen.
- Experience in planning and executing UAS missions.
